I know, because I’ve been there. As a mum of two young girls, I went from loving travel, sports, and spontaneous adventures to feeling stuck in routine, uncomfortable in my body, and desperate for rest.

Everything changed when I began a simple bedtime ritual of Yoga, Qigong, and calming practices that nurtured my body, soothed my mind, and helped me sleep deeply — even with night-time wake-ups. Soon I felt lighter, more inspired, and joyfully present again.

That’s why I created Mum’s Bedtime Ritual.
This course is for mothers of all ages who want to reconnect with themselves, sleep deeply, and share the journey with like-minded mums. Together, we’ll explore yoga, Qigong, meditation, and seasonal tools to support your wellbeing, empowerment, and self-discovery — for you, your family, and your community.

Attending this course was such a treat after having a had a baby. Paloma put a lot of thought into the course, from fresh lavender to hot tea, everything was created to enable a good night's sleep. The balance between meditation, talking and exchanging with other mums and doing nice stretches was simply perfect. I left each session feeling relaxed and continued applying what I had learned at home.
