Are you a mother who is feeling tired and longing for a deep, restful sleep? Do you find yourself constantly prioritizing others' needs over your own? Are you worried about burning out or developing serious health issues? Perhaps you even wonder sometime if your decision to become a mother was the right one. Is your body experiencing stiffness due to the physical strain of carrying your kids, breastfeeding, or spending too much time in front of screens? Do you feel disconnected from your body and soul?

As mother of two little girls, aged five and two, I know exactly what you are going through. I am a person who loves to be spontaneous, to travel the world, to practice different types of sports, to learn new things, to spend a whole day in a nice spa or to meet with friends. But motherhood changed everything. Suddenly, I was confined to a strict routine, feeling uncomfortable in my own body, constantly on edge, and disconnected from myself. I was exhausted, struggling to meet everyone's expectations, and often fantasizing about escaping it all.

Realizing that I needed to prioritize my own well-being to be the best version of myself, I started making some small changes that ultimately would have a tremendous positive impact in different areas of my life. I began by regularly practicing Yoga and Qigong routines paired with some simple self-development tools that would calm down my nervous system, nourish my body, allow me to have a deeper sleep pattern, work on my artist brain and foster personal growth.

Within weeks, I began experiencing profound changes. I started enjoying a deeper sleep, I was even able to immediately fall back to sleep even when the kids would constantly wake up at night. The relentless mental chatter that once plagued me had vanished. My body was less stiff. I had started learning a new instrument. I was inspired by the great books I was reading and full of plans and joie de vivre.

I have designed Mum’s Bedtime Ritual for mothers with kids of all ages who want to reconnect to their bodies and souls, enjoy a deep sleep and gather with other like-minded mothers.

Inside this course I will share different yoga, Qigong and meditation practices but also some powerful tools that are aligned with the energy of the current seasons and that will help you navigate through a journey toward greater wellbeing, empowerment, and self-discovery - for ourselves, our families, and our community.

Field Sunset
Attending this course was such a treat after having a had a baby. Paloma put a lot of thought into the course, from fresh lavender to hot tea, everything was created to enable a good night's sleep. The balance between meditation, talking and exchanging with other mums and doing nice stretches was simply perfect. I left each session feeling relaxed and continued applying what I had learned at home.
