Structured Return‑to‑Work Support for New Mothers

One of the most demanding career transitions for professional women

Beyond logistics, this phase involves significant physiological, psychological, and identity shifts that often go unaddressed in workplace structures.

We partner with organisations to provide structured, preventive support—combining education, embodied tools, and guided reflection to strengthen confidence, emotional resilience, and sustainable work rhythms during this critical transition.

Our programs help mothers regain clarity and stability as they reintegrate professionally, while enabling organisations to proactively support employee wellbeing, retention, and long-term leadership development.

The Reintegration Challenge

The return to work after maternity leave is one of the most demanding career transitions for professional women.

Beyond logistical adjustments, this phase involves significant physiological, psychological, and identity shifts that often go unaddressed in workplace structures.

We partner with organisations to provide structured, preventive support during this transition — strengthening reintegration confidence, psychosocial stability, and long-term retention.

Why This Matters for Organisations

Organisations frequently observe:

  • Increased stress and performance dips in the first months post-return

  • Reduced confidence during reintegration

  • Silent disengagement or attrition risk

  • Long-term impact on gender diversity and leadership pipelines

Proactive transition support strengthens stability, retention, and employee trust.

Our programmes combine:

  • Evidence-informed education on matrescence and transition psychology

  • Structured reflection and peer dialogue

  • Practical integration strategies for sustainable work rhythms

2-Hour Workshop

High‑impact introduction

A 2‑hour, interactive workshop that gives mothers returning from maternity leave practical tools and space to navigate one of the most demanding career transitions.

Through education on matrescence, embodied stress‑regulation techniques, and guided peer dialogue, participants build confidence, clarify their roles, and learn sustainable work rhythms.

For organisations, the session acts as a preventive intervention that supports retention of high‑performing talent, strengthens psychosocial risk management, and advances DEI and gender equity goals.

6‑Week Reintegration Programme

Deep transition support

A structured cohort-based programme supporting mothers during the first months following maternity leave.

Across six sessions, participants develop practical stress-regulation tools, deepen their understanding of matrescence and identity shifts, and establish sustainable work rhythms aligned with professional expectations.

The programme combines evidence-informed education, embodied techniques applicable in workplace settings, and structured peer dialogue to strengthen confidence, clarity, and long-term reintegration.

Cross‑Company Cohorts

For smaller organisations

Designed for smaller organisations seeking to offer targeted transition support without requiring an internal cohort.

Participants from different organisations join a professionally facilitated group, ensuring psychological safety,

confidentiality, and workplace relevance while benefiting from shared learning and structured peer dialogue.

The format allows organisations to provide high-quality support while maintaining flexibility.
