This class focuses on relieving back pain, strengthening your body in preparation for childbirth, and exploring relaxation techniques to ease stress and enhance focus. You’ll also discover ways to bond with your baby and connect with other expectant mothers in a supportive community. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, no prior yoga experience needed—just a willingness to move, breathe, and embrace this special time.
