This gentle yet effective classes focuse on rebuilding pelvic floor, core, and back strength, easing postpartum discomfort, and improving overall well-being. You’ll also learn relaxation techniques to help navigate the challenges of early motherhood with more ease and calm. Plus, your little one is welcome to join, making it a special time to bond while moving together.
