✨ Inner Glow Letter — Self-Care Challenge

  1. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you will be undisturbed for the next 15 minutes.
    Choose a spot that feels safe, calm, and nurturing.

  2. Gather your materials:

    • A blank sheet of paper

    • An envelope

    • A pen

  3. Set a timer for 10 minutes.

  4. Before you begin writing, close your eyes and take three deep, slow breaths to settle into the moment and soften your mind.

  5. When you’re ready, open your eyes and begin writing a gentle, encouraging letter to yourself.
    Start with the prompt:
    “I see your light when…”

  6. Let your intuition guide you.
    There is no right or wrong way to express yourself.
    You can write flowing sentences, scattered words, or even include small drawings or symbols — whatever feels natural and true in the moment.

  7. When the timer ends, finish the sentence you are currently writing, then stop.
    No need to re-read or edit the letter.

  8. Fold your paper and place it inside the envelope.

  9. Put the envelope somewhere safe — a drawer, journal, altar, or any place that feels meaningful.

  10. Set a reminder in your calendar to open this letter on Christmas Eve.
    This will be your moment to reconnect with the light you saw in yourself today.
