When you’re ready, open your eyes and begin writing a gentle, encouraging letter to yourself.
Start with the prompt:
“I see your light when…” -
Let your intuition guide you.
There is no right or wrong way to express yourself.
You can write flowing sentences, scattered words, or even include small drawings or symbols — whatever feels natural and true in the moment. -
When the timer ends, finish the sentence you are currently writing, then stop.
No need to re-read or edit the letter. -
Fold your paper and place it inside the envelope.
