We’ll start by looking at your current habits and understanding what they’re really doing to your mind and body. Then you’ll learn simple, science-backed strategies to shift them. We’re talking about easy wins here—like starting your day with a glass of room-temperature water—that set you up for success.

• A private WhatsApp accountability group (optional) where you can connect with other parents on the same journey


• Weekly online meet-ups every Friday at lunchtime where we’ll reflect on the past week, try out different morning tools together, and work through any obstacles.​ Our first meeting will be hybrid (in-person and online). These sessions are intentionally not recorded to create a safe, present space.
