What is the autumn yoga challenge?

Over a period of 4 weeks we will meet once a week online for 1h to practice a dynamic series of yoga poses that will also incorporate hand weights. During the other days you will continue practicing with our short pre-recorded sequences, alternating between strengthening and stretching practices. To hold yourself accountable you will also get exclusive access to a private group where we will share personal goals but also healthy habits, recipes and powerful affirmations to accompany our journey.
