🎄 Christmas Eve Challenge: The 10-Minute Reset

You’ll need:
Paper + pen (or notes app) and a timer

Step 1: Clear (2 minutes)

Set a timer for 2 minutes.
Write everything that feels heavy, unfinished, or noisy from this year.
No editing. No rereading. Just unload.

When the timer ends, draw a line under the list.
That chapter is closed for tonight.

Step 2: Choose (4 minutes)

Set the timer for 4 minutes.
Finish this sentence as many times as feels right:

“In the coming year, I choose to feel…”

Circle one word that matters most right now
(e.g. steady, brave, light, rooted, free, playful).

Then write one sentence:

“I support this feeling by…”
Keep it simple and realistic.

Step 3: Anchor (3 minutes)

Stand up.
Say your chosen word out loud three times.
Each time, change your posture:

  1. Standing tall

  2. Soft knees, relaxed shoulders

  3. Hand on heart or belly

Let your body “hear” the choice.

Step 4: Seal (1 minute)

Write today’s date and your word.
Fold the paper or lock the note.

 Done. No fixing required. The intention is set.
