Today we will explore a very gentle, softening yoga sequence for your body, mind and heart - in order to let go of something, all we have to do is simply release the grip.  So take a little bit of time out for yourself to allow yourself to sink into your body and in this moment, there really is no better time than the present and no better place than your body.

Journaling questions:
  • What am I ready to let go of an what has prevented me from letting it go?

  • How did it serve me and can I find a way to thank it?

  • If I'm letting this particular thing go, what am I making space for and what will it feel like to have that space freeing up? And any ideas on what you could use that space for?
