Today's practice is designed for you to find and feel your center as well as the ground beneath you. As you move through the flow, focus on the sensations within your body and maintain your connection to the earth beneath you. This practice is about turning your attention inward, rediscovering your center, and embracing the grounding presence within and around you.

Journaling questions:

  • Where in your body do you feel most grounded? How would you describe the sensation of being grounded?

  • In which areas of your life do you currently feel grounded? Where or when do you wish you could feel more grounded?

  • Where in your body do you feel most centered? How would you describe what it feels like to be in your center?

  • In what parts of your life do you feel centered? Where do you find it challenging to maintain a sense of centeredness? What steps could you take to stay centered more consistently?
