Take just 15 minutes to clear out the things that are holding you back! This quick and powerful challenge will help you let go of items that no longer serve you and make space for what truly matters.

How It Works:

  1. Set a Timer: 15 minutes—no more, no less.

  2. Pick an Area: Choose one small zone (a drawer, a shelf, a bag, or a corner of a room).

  3. Let Go: Quickly sort through and ask yourself:

    • Do I use this regularly?

    • Does it add value or joy to my life?

    • If not, is it time to let it go?

  4. Decide Fast: Create three piles—Keep, Donate, and Toss—and stick to your decisions.

When the timer goes off, stop! Celebrate your progress and feel lighter knowing you've taken a meaningful step toward a clutter-free life.
