Today, we embark on a journey to open and awaken the heart center, the energetic space that bridges love, compassion, and connection. Our hearts are not only physical organs but also powerful emotional and spiritual hubs. This practice will help you nurture both the front and back of the heart, cultivating balance between giving and receiving, between vulnerability and strength.
As we move through this sequence, we’ll open the front of the heart, inviting expansion, love, and connection to flow freely. Equally, we’ll bring awareness to the back of the heart, the often-overlooked space where we carry protection, past hurts, and hidden tension. By tending to both, we create a sense of wholeness—a unified and radiant heart space.
