Today we invite you to a 30-Minute Dating Yourself Challenge. Spend 30 minutes reconnecting with yourself by doing something that brings you joy, sparks your creativity, or simply makes you feel good.

Create the Space (5 Minutes)
  • Set aside distractions: silence your phone or turn on “Do Not Disturb.”

  • Find a cozy spot or go somewhere that inspires you (a park, a quiet room, your favorite café).

  • Light a candle, make yourself a cup of tea, or set the mood with music that you love.

​Pick Your Activity (25 Minutes)

Choose an activity that feels exciting or comforting to you. Here are a few ideas:

  • Creative Expression: Draw, paint, write poetry, journal, or try photography.

  • Physical Joy: Dance to your favorite song, practice yoga, or take a mindful walk.

  • Nostalgic Fun: Do something you loved as a kid—like coloring or playing with puzzles.rmness.

  • Self-Care: Take a luxurious bath, give yourself a mini-facial, or meditate.

  • Guilty Pleasures: Watch a short episode of your favorite show or savor a special treat.

 

Be Present

While doing your activity, focus on how it makes you feel. What brings you the most joy or fulfillment? What thoughts or emotions come up?

After your 30 minutes, take a moment to reflect:

  • What did you enjoy most?

  • ​How can you bring more of this into your life?

  • ​What surprised you about this experience or yourself?
