Today we invite you to a 30-Minute Dating Yourself Challenge. Spend 30 minutes reconnecting with yourself by doing something that brings you joy, sparks your creativity, or simply makes you feel good.

Create the Space (5 Minutes)

Set aside distractions: silence your phone or turn on “Do Not Disturb.”

Find a cozy spot or go somewhere that inspires you (a park, a quiet room, your favorite café).

Light a candle, make yourself a cup of tea, or set the mood with music that you love.

Choose an activity that feels exciting or comforting to you. Here are a few ideas:
