Welcome to Day 12 of our Self-Care Advent Calendar!
Today you will enjoy a nice Yoga Nidra practice, a guided journey into deep relaxation and complete rest. Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping where the body can restore itself, and the mind finds peace.
During this session, all you need to do is lie down, listen, and let go. Allow yourself to release tension, calm the mind, and reconnect with a deep sense of inner stillness.
